
Bubble water level gauge
The KH.WQX-1 bubble-type water level gauge is a high-precision water level sensor independently developed and manufactured by Kehao Company. It uses compressed air generated by a piston pump, which flows through the measuring tube and bubble chamber into the water body being measured. The static pressure in the measuring tube is directly proportional to the water level height in the bubble chamber. This product sequentially measures atmospheric pressure and bubble pressure, calculates the difference between the two signals, and determines the water level height above the bubble chamber.
◆Industry-leading: It is the first to adopt an imported three-way solenoid valve to address the “zero drift” issue. To overcome temperature drift and time drift in differential pressure sensors, the intelligent control unit drives the three-way solenoid valve to switch at regular time intervals, using the flow measurement value as the zero point. During each measurement of the submerged pressure, the zero drift value is automatically subtracted from the measurement result;
◆Patented Technology: Utilizes automatic zero calibration technology to effectively mitigate zero-point drift issues in differential pressure sensors, ensuring long-term stable and reliable data. Employs a crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism to drive a piston cylinder, significantly reducing friction wear on the piston seal rings and extending service life;
◆Test Report: Accuracy within the 0m to 10m measurement range meets Class 1 standards, compliant with regulatory requirements.
