  • Consumables (pH, conductivity, DO membranes, electrolytes) are not covered

  • Free repair for non-human-caused quality issues

  • Replacement units may be provided for critical failure

Response & Technical Support
  • Initial response within 12 working hours

  • Solution provided within 48 hours

  • Support via email, video guidance, and remote diagnostics

  • Installation, commissioning, and calibration documents and videos available

Return & Replacement
  • DOA (Damage Upon Arrival): Free replacement with shipping covered by KEHAO (unboxing video required)

  • Quality issues: Free replacement for irreparable products within warranty; shipping costs shared

  • Unconditional returns: Accepted within 7 days after delivery; inspection fee applies

Spare Parts & Maintenance
  • Long-term supply of spare parts including probes, electrodes, batteries, and cables

  • Minimum 5-year spare parts availability throughout the product lifecycle
